Measure first, claim later
Most health claims arrive dressed as conclusions. I wanted the opposite: a record I could argue with. Before I say a protocol worked, I want the weeks around it sitting in one place — sleep, HR, HRV, the days I actually ran.
That is what optiHealth is for. Not a dashboard to impress anyone. A personal database that syncs six months of traces in about twenty seconds, then stays still long enough to look at.
This is the first note on that work. Later ones will cover the SLM reimplementation and what two years of my own biometrics actually showed. Until then the rule is the title.
